1. Acceptance of Terms
By using travelhealthcarehustlers.com (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue using the Website. If you violate any of the Terms of this agreement we reserve the right to terminate your account.

2. Description of Services
Healthcare Hustlers is a specialized recruitment platform for travel healthcare professionals that negotiates higher-than-average compensation packages on behalf of job seekers. Founded by Kevin, a practicing travel physical therapist, the service connects nurses, therapists, and other healthcare workers with vetted recruiters. The platform operates similarly to a travel booking site, offering a streamlined two-step process where professionals browse curated job listings (updated twice weekly) and submit applications to receive recruiter contact quickly. With over 1,000 successful placements, Healthcare Hustlers addresses common industry issues like pay inequity and unreliable recruiters by leveraging collective negotiating power to secure premium rates for travel healthcare assignments across various specialties and locations.

3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under this legal age of majority, we must receive legal authorization from a parent or guardian to legally use our Website.

4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account and provide professional documentation. During account registration and profile completion, you may be required to provide:

Basic Information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • IP address (automatically collected)

Professional Credentials and Documentation:

  • Professional licenses (nursing, therapy, medical, etc.) and license numbers
  • State licensing information and jurisdictions
  • Driver's license or state-issued identification
  • Resume and work history
  • Professional certifications and credentials
  • CPR certification and other required safety training
  • Vaccination records and immunization documentation
  • Professional references with complete contact information
  • Educational credentials and transcripts (if required)

You are responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate, current, and complete.
You must promptly update any changes to your professional credentials, licensing, or contact information.

5. Professional Documentation Requirements
You represent and warrant that all professional credentials, licenses, certifications, health documentation, and other information provided to Healthcare Hustlers is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to your professional status, licensing, or qualifications.

  • Document Authenticity: You certify that all documents provided are authentic and have not been altered, falsified, or misrepresented. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate regulatory authorities.
  • Reference Consent: By providing professional reference information, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from these individuals to be contacted by Healthcare Hustlers or our partner recruiters for verification purposes.
  • Licensing and Regulatory Compliance: You are solely responsible for maintaining current, valid professional licenses and certifications in all jurisdictions where you intend to practice. You agree to notify us immediately if any license is suspended, revoked, or subject to disciplinary action.


6. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage to any of your personal information.

7. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Engage in any activity that violates any law or regulation.
  • Use the Website to transmit harmful or malicious software.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Website or servers.
  • Use content on the Website for training AI models.
  • Abuse the unlimited trip function in a manner we find unsuitable.
  • You must be a human, accounts that are deemed to be “bots” or any other automated method are not permitted and their account will be terminated.
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate professional credentials or documentation.
  • Upload fraudulent licenses, certifications, or identification documents.
  • Misrepresent your professional qualifications, work history, or licensing status.
  • Provide contact information for references without their consent.
  • Use another person's professional credentials or identity.
  • Attempt to circumvent professional verification processes.


8. User Content
You may have the ability to post reviews, photos, or other content. For content uploaded internally, you grant Healthcare Hustlers a limited license to use that content in an effort to better streamline and provide services. For content that is shared externally on the Website, you grant Healthcare Hustlers a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

  • You are responsible for all content posted to and activity that is registered to your account. If we find your content to be offensive, disrespectful or in any way harmful to our business we have the right to ask you to remove content and shut down your account.

  • All content must comply with US Copyright law.

  • You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from the Company. You must request permission to use the Company’s logos or any Service logos for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to rescind any permissions if you violate these Terms.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission of the Company.

  • User-generated content including property reviews, photos, and travel experiences may be featured on our Website and marketing materials with your consent.

  • For professional credentials, licenses, certifications, health documentation, and related materials uploaded to your account, you grant Healthcare Hustlers a limited, non-exclusive license to:

    • Share with potential employers, healthcare facilities, and vetted recruiters.
    • Verify authenticity with licensing boards and credentialing organizations.
    • Store and maintain for placement and re-placement purposes.
    • Use for compliance with healthcare industry regulations and requirements.
  • You acknowledge that professional documentation may contain sensitive personal information including health data, government identification numbers, and professional references. You consent to the sharing of this information with authorized healthcare industry partners for legitimate employment purposes.

  • By providing professional reference contact information, you grant permission for Healthcare Hustlers and our partner recruiters to contact these individuals for verification of your professional qualifications and work history.

You authorize the sharing of your professional information with third parties necessary for verification purposes, including licensing boards, credentialing organizations, and professional references. You consent to periodic re-verification of your credentials and qualifications throughout your use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of travelhealthcarehustlers.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Termination
travelhealthcarehustlers.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Termination will furthermore result in the deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account.

  • Verbal, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of a Company employee or officer will result in immediate account termination.
  • Providing false or fraudulent professional credentials or documentation.
  • Misrepresenting professional qualifications, licensing status, or work history.
  • Having professional licenses suspended, revoked, or subject to disciplinary action (unless disclosed).
  • Failing to maintain required professional licenses or certifications.
  • Providing misleading reference information or using references without consent.
  • You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Within each of our Services, we provide a simple no-questions-asked cancellation link. You can find instructions for how to cancel your account in our Cancellation Policy below in Section 11. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not automatically considered cancellation. If you need help canceling your account, you can always contact markin@travelhealthcarehustlers.com.

Upon account termination, we reserve the right to retain professional documentation as required by applicable healthcare regulations or legal obligations. Health-related documentation will be securely destroyed according to our data retention policy unless longer retention is required by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services provided by travelhealthcarehustlers.com are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, we makes no warranty that (i) the services will meet your requirements or expectations; (ii) the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the information or results that may be obtained from the use of the services will be accurate, reliable, or complete; or (iv) any errors in the services will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability
In no event will travelhealthcarehustlers.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
  • Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply/ In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Healthcare Industry Compliance
You acknowledge that the healthcare industry is subject to extensive federal and state regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and professional standards in all jurisdictions where you practice. You represent that you are in good standing with all applicable professional licensing boards and have not been subject to disciplinary action that would impact your ability to practice (unless disclosed to Healthcare Hustlers). You acknowledge that healthcare facilities may have specific credentialing, health, and documentation requirements beyond basic professional licensing. You agree to meet all such requirements for positions you accept. While Healthcare Hustlers conducts reasonable verification of professional credentials, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all verification activities. Healthcare facilities and employers are responsible for conducting their own credentialing and background check processes. Verification of credentials does not guarantee employment placement or contract awards. All hiring decisions remain solely with healthcare facilities and employers. Healthcare Hustlers relies on third-party sources for credential verification. We are not responsible for errors or delays in verification caused by licensing boards, credentialing organizations, or other third parties.
